「裏は何」
何か話がうますぎるようなことがあったときに、聞き返すために使うイディオムです。
この”catch”は「罠」や「落とし穴」という意味になりますので、ここでは「裏は何？」というイディオムとして使われています。

Emily: Mary, do you have some time right now?
（メアリー、いまちょっといい？）
Mary: Yeah sure! What’s up?
（ええもちろん、どうしたの？）
Emily: I’ve got this client that is considering our services, and it could be a big contract. However, they have a couple of questions regarding your marketing products.
（サービスを検討してくれているクライアントがいて、大口の契約になりそうなんだけど、マーケティングプロダクトに関していくつか質問があるみたいなの。）
Mary: Great! What would they like to know?
（いいわよ！何が知りたいのかな？）
Emily: Umm, well, these are actually ‘special requests’ that we haven’t really done before…
（実はこれまでお願いしたことないことなんだけど。。。）
Mary: I see, so what’s the catch?
（そうなの、裏は何かしら？）
Emily: If we can provide some extra advertising exposure for free that promotes their products, they will sign up for the big contract.
（彼らの商品を宣伝する広告を無料で露出できれば、大口の契約をしてくれるの。）
Mary: No problem, I think we can work something out – we all want the big contracts and some extra service will also help with renewal in the future!
（問題ないよ。何とかできると思う。みんな大口の契約はほしいし、追加サービスは将来的に契約更新につながるしね！）
Emily: Thanks SO much, let’s go over the details later on!
