大成功する
“Hit The Big Time”は大きく成功したり、有名になることを指します（=become very successful or famous）。したがって、”The Big Time”は成功する（有名になる）という意味になります。
なお”big time”は、文章の最後につける副詞としても広く使われており、「とても」や「すごく」などと訳されます。

Jimmy: Or maybe we could invite him to celebrate over some beers and yakitori instead…
