「調子がいい」
車輪が回転し続ける（Rolling)ことは、成功していることの象徴でもあることから、
“On A Roll”は「調子がいい（状態）」という風に訳されます。
何かをしていて上手くいったり、波に乗っているようなときに使えるイディオムです。
