Recruitment Associate or Consultant

We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Recruitment Consultant to join us.

As a recruitment consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with many of our industry leading clients. Utilising your excellent communication ability and a sharp eye for detail, you will work alongside experienced, senior consultants as you develop your own ability to manage candidates, clients and your own desk. No experience needed - just an open mind, the ability to apply what you learn, and a motivated outlook.

You will develop valuable communication and negotiation skills which are valuable in any career. As a consultant you will get out what you put in and achievers are well compensated for their efforts via our clear bonus structure. Our fast-paced environment will ensure you are never bored!

They type of background we look for:

• Fluency in English (both verbal and written)
• Japanese ability an advantage
• University degree preferred
• PC knowledge (MS Office)
• Permission to work in Japan

If you have experience working in customer service, sales, or administration you will already have a headstart on the road to becoming a great recruiter.
