Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic-minded Sourcing & Procurement Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies, managing procurement processes, and ensuring the efficient and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement efficient sourcing and category management strategies to optimize procurement processes.

• Cost Management: Analyze and calculate costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure.

• Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.

• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.

• Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and international trade regulations.

• Risk Management: Assess, manage, and mitigate risks in procurement processes.

• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new sourcing opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the procurement team to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic sourcing and procurement, preferably within the logistics industry, including 3 years of team management experience.

• Strong understanding of procurement processes, excellent negotiation skills, and proficiency in supply chain management.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess procurement strategies and outcomes.
