• Provide risk management and compliance advisory services for financial institutions.

• Consult on internal audits and governance enhancement initiatives.

• Support internal control frameworks (SOX, J-SOX) and business process improvements.

• Develop and implement risk management structures ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Assist with risk assessment and compliance planning for new business initiatives.

• Collaborate on global projects alongside the company global teams.

• Promote the use of AI and data analytics in risk analysis and internal audits.

• Work within cross-functional, collaborative project teams.

必須条件

経験・資格：

• 金融機関における企画、リスク管理、コンプライアンス、または内部監査の実務経験
• または、金融業界向けのコンサルティングまたはアドバイザリー経験
• または、金融機関のバックオフィスや、BPO企業におけるカスタマーサポート経験

ITスキル：

• データ分析（SQL、Python等）の知識・経験。

• リスクマネジメントツールやガバナンス関連システムの使用経験。
• ビジネスインテリジェンスツール（Tableau、Power BI等）を使いこなせること。

ソフトスキル：

• 論理的思考力と課題解決力
• 卓越したコミュニケーション力と対人スキル
• チームワーク、プロジェクトマネジメント・スキル

語学力：

• 日本語：流暢
• 英語：ビジネスレベル

• CFA、CPA、FRMなど、リスクマネジメント/コンプライアンス系の資格

Experience:

• 7-10 years in risk management, compliance, internal auditing, or financial institution operations.

• Consulting or advisory experience for financial institutions preferred.

• Experience in back-office operations or customer support in financial services or BPOs.

Technical Skills:

• Understanding of regulatory frameworks and internal controls (e.g., SOX, J-SOX).

• Business-level English proficiency with fluent Japanese communication skills.

Soft Skills:

• Strong logical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work effectively in teams and manage complex projects.

• Japanese: Fluent

• English: Intermediate to Business level

• Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or FRM.

• Experience with global or cross-border financial consulting projects.

• Bilingual proficiency in both English and Japanese.
