• 日本法人の内部統制マネージャー（ICM）としてコンプライアンス体制を統括
• 規制要件の評価とリスク管理、ビジネスチームへの助言やフィードバック

• ベストプラクティスの確保（当局や関連部署とのやりとり含む）

As a Compliance Officer, you will oversee internal controls, regulatory compliance, and risk management while collaborating with regulators and internal teams. • Serve as the Internal Control Manager (ICM) for the Japan entity.
• Develop and implement compliance monitoring programs aligned with local regulations.
• Provide regulatory guidance and conduct risk assessments for business stakeholders.
• Identify and respond to evolving regulatory requirements in Japan's financial sector.
• Engage with regulators and internal teams to maintain compliance best practices.
• Conduct compliance training and review new business initiatives.
• Support audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance reporting.

必須条件

経験・資格：

• 金融業界におけるコンプライアンス、監査、またはリスクマネジメントの実務経験5年以上
• 日本の金融規制の知識、関連実務経験3年以上
• JSDA内部管理責任者の資格（または取得意欲があること）
• 株式執行や電子取引に関連するJSDAや金融庁の規制に関する専門知識。
• 日本の規制当局とやりとりをした経験

• 日本語: ネイティブレベル

Experience:

• 5+ years in compliance, audit, or risk management within financial services.
• Minimum 3 years working with Japan's financial regulations.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of JSDA and FSA regulations related to equity execution and electronic trading.
• Experience managing regulatory interactions with Japanese authorities.

Soft Skills:

• High integrity and independent decision-making ability.
• Strong analytical mindset and adaptability in a fast-moving environment.

• Japanese: Native (required for regulatory communication).
• English: Business level (must be proficient in reading and writing).

• Familiarity with electronic trading and financial compliance frameworks.
• JSDA Internal Control Manager (ICM) certification (or willingness to obtain).
