Description

• Support clients through the full design and customization process, particularly in Atelier and Tailor Made projects.

• Provide expert consultation on materials, finishes, and configurations, ensuring alignment with the client's vision.

• Maintain updated knowledge of product lines and global design trends.

• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate production, logistics, and related events.

• Build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring a premium, personalized experience.

• Liaise regularly with global HQ for training and updates on new materials and design catalogues.

• Analyze market feedback and dealer performance to provide strategic input for continuous improvement.

• Degree in Design, Automotive Design, or a related field.

• Experience in a luxury or client-facing environment, especially involving customized products.

• Strong proficiency in VRED and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Bilingual fluency in Japanese and English; additional language skills (Chinese, Korean) are a plus.

• Creative thinker with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

• Passion for luxury vehicles and an understanding of high-end client expectations.

• Flexible with occasional domestic and international travel.
