SRE (Site Reliability Engineering)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage cloud and other infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Automate operations to enhance efficiency
• Design and build mechanisms for preventing and quickly detecting service failures, and support incident recovery
• Promote migration to new systems
• Promote SRE culture and best practices internally
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams involved in product development

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of web application development experience
• Hands-on experience designing, building, operating, and troubleshooting public cloud architecture
• Strong understanding and experience with RDBMS
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Experience setting up and maintaining monitoring infrastructure
• Experience working collaboratively with development (product) teams
   

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Development experience with cross-platform .NET
• Development experience using SQL Server
• Experience developing/operating containerized environments
• Experience setting up/operating Kubernetes clusters
• SRE experience in large-scale B2C services
• Operations experience with mission-critical financial systems
