• ガバナンスリーダーは、すべてのガバナンス、コンプライアンス、レポーティング、ドキュメンテーション活動がCLM内で効果的に実施されることを保証する責任を担っています。
• アジャイルプロセスを監督し、ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションを促進し、継続的な改善を推進します。さらに、ガバナンスリーダーは財務管理、スコープ管理、エスカレーション責任を重視します。
• ガバナンスリーダーは既存のプロダクトオーナーのバックアップとして機能し、リリーストレインエンジニア（RTE）とプログラムマネジメントオフィス（PMO）に報告します。

• The Governance Leader is responsible for ensuring that all governance, compliance, reporting, and documentation activities are carried out effectively within CLM.
• This role oversees Agile processes, facilitates communication with stakeholders, and champions continuous improvement. Additionally, the Governance Leader emphasizes financial control, scope control, and escalation responsibilities.
• The Governance Leader serves as a backup to the existing Product Owner and reports into the Release Train Engineer (RTE) and the Program Management Office (PMO).

• 言語 日本語および英語
• 経営学、ファイナンス、または関連分野の学士号。
• アジャイルメソドロジーの上級学位または資格を有することが望ましい。

• Agile Expertise: Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies; adept at applying Lean Agile practices.
• Governance & Financial Management: Proven experience in financial management, compliance, and governance.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; capable of managing diverse stakeholder relationships.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams toward common objectives.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to resolve issues and make informed decisions under pressure.
• Language: Japanese and English
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Advanced degree or certification in Agile methodologies is preferred.
