• SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) Lead Consultantとして勤務。ビジネスユーザーとの対話、機能的観点からのソリューションの推進、ソリューションのエンドツーエンドの所有。
• 10年以上のSAP SDの実務経験と関連するビジネスソリューションの提供経験。
• システム構成を含むSAP SDリードコンサルタントとして、グローバルテンプレートロールアウトプロジェクトにおけるレポーティングおよびSDプロセスの経験。
• ビジネスプロセス（ローカライゼーション）を分析し、システム機能にマッピングする。
• ビジネスおよびIT部門と連携し、情報を収集し、ソリューションを提供し、重要な問題を解決する。
• MM、FI、CO、WMなどの基本的なSD分野以外の一般的な知識を有すること。
• SITおよびUATのためのテストデータ準備、シナリオ、スクリプトをサポートする。UATおよび不具合管理プロセス（未解決問題の記録、解決状況の追跡など）の実行におけるチームのサポート
• 日本語でのトレーニング資料の作成。トレーニングセッションの実施におけるチームのサポート。
• プロジェクト文書の作成サポート
• クロスモジュールコンサルタントをサポートし、実装中の不具合を修正する。
• アドオンオブジェクトの機能仕様書を作成し、テストデータを提供するなどして技術チームをサポートする。
• SDのあらゆる側面を理解し、調査する能力。

• Work as Lead SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) Consultant. Interaction with business users, driving solutions from a functional perspective, owning the solution end to end.
• 10+ years’ hands-on experience in SAP SD and experience in providing relevant business solutions.
• As an SAP SD Lead Consultant that includes System Config, experience on reporting and SD processes in a global template rollout project.
• Analyze business processes (Localizations) and map them to system functionalities.
• Interaction with Business & IT to gather information and provide the solution/resolve critical issues.
• Should have general knowledge other than SD areas like basics of MM, FI, CO, WM etc.
• Support test data preparation, scenario and scripts for SIT and UAT. Support the teams in the execution of the UAT and defect management process (record open issues, track the resolution status etc.)
• Preparation of training material in Japanese. Support the teams in the execution of training sessions.
• Support preparation of project documentation.
• Support cross module consultants for fixing the defects during implementation.
• Create functional specification documents for add on objects and support technical team by providing test data etc.
• Ability to understand and investigate all aspects of SD.

• 少なくとも2～3回のSAP ERP導入プロジェクト経験

• 新しい技術を学び、理解し、ビジネス上の問題解決に適用できること。
• シニアビジネスパートナーと協力して詳細な要件を把握し、革新的なソリューションを提供する能力。
• 異なる機能トラック内での統合作業を含め、ビジネスプロセスをサポートするために必要な技術コンポーネントを理解していること。

日本語： ビジネスレベルの日本語とビジネスレベルの英語力。

• Strong knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD)
• Knowledge of how SAP Distribution functions integrate with FI, MM & warehouse management systems.
• Must be a team player, must be able to work with colleagues globally in a diverse environment, with good upward and downward management skills.
• Strong IT skills – general computing and office software skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong technical, logical, and problem-solving skills.

• Min 10+ years of experience, designing and implementing SAP Sales and Distribution.
• Strong understanding of SD processes, particularly in relation to FI and Japan Taxation.
• At least 2 or 3 full cycle experience of SAP ERP implementation project.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
• Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies to solving business problems.
• Ability to work with senior business partners to capture detailed requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Understanding of technical components required to support business processes, including integration effort within different functional tracks.
