• Manage the overall Rooms Division operations, including budgets and planning
• Ensure guest satisfaction and high-quality service standards across departments
• Lead and mentor teams within Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services
• Partner with sales/marketing to drive revenue and improve business outcomes
• Analyze performance and implement improvements to ensure operational success

Job Offer

• Base salary of ¥10M per year with up to ¥12M OTE
• Shift hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

• Proven leadership experience in hotel management, ideally in a similar role
• Strong background in guest services and operations management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams
• Ability to collaborate with senior management and cross-functional departments
• Native-level in Japanese and Fluent in English
