Description

• Manage bank accounts, oversee transactions, and maintain finance master data.
• Coordinate with overseas shared services for daily accounting tasks and data accuracy.
• Handle fixed asset ledger reviews (US GAAP) and reporting adjustments for Japanese GAAP.
• Prepare and analyze tax data, support tax filings, and submit necessary notifications to authorities.
• Support internal and external audits by coordinating documentation and data submissions.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and handle general administrative duties (e.g., mail checks, contracts, seal applications).

• Experience in general accounting, including GL reconciliation, tax, and audit support
• Knowledge of US GAAP and Japanese GAAP is a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
• Good communication skills for working with global and local teams
• Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English
• Skilled in financial systems and Microsoft Excel
