外資系大手にてコーポレートバンカー（ディレクター）を募集しています。日系大手企業との関係を構築・拡大し、ストラクチャードファイナンス、トレードファイナンス、コーポレートファイナンス、M&A、DCM のオリジネーション・実行をリードするポジションです。グローバルなプロダクトチームと連携し、新規ビジネス開拓 や戦略的な取引の推進に貢献していただきます。

主な業務内容

• 日系大手企業 のリレーションシップマネジメント
• ストラクチャードファイナンス、トレードファイナンス、M&A、DCM などの取引のオリジネーション・実行
• グローバルアカウントマネージャーとして、海外オフィスや関連チームとの連携
• 重工業、運輸、エネルギー、戦略セクター などの新規ビジネス開拓
• クレジット、リスク、コンプライアンスチーム との協働による取引の成功支援
• クライアント経営陣との戦略的交渉やディスカッションのリード
• 収益拡大や日本市場での成長戦略の推進に貢献すること

Join a leading corporate and investment bank as a Senior Corporate Banker, managing and expanding high-value relationships with top-tier Japanese multinationals. In this Director-level role, you will drive origination and execution of structured finance, trade finance, corporate finance, M&A, and DCM transactions. Collaborate across product teams, develop new business opportunities in key industry sectors, and play a pivotal role in the bank's expansion strategy in Japan.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand relationships with major Japanese multinational clients.
• Originate and execute structured finance, trade finance, corporate finance, M&A, and DCM deals.
• Serve as a Global Account Manager, coordinating across product teams and regional offices.
• Develop new business opportunities in heavy industries, transportation, energy, and strategic sectors.
• Work closely with credit, risk, and compliance teams to ensure successful deal execution.
• Lead strategic client discussions and senior-level negotiations.
• Drive revenue growth and contribute to the bank's corporate banking strategy in Japan.

必須条件

• 外資系銀行または日系大手金融機関でRM経験10-15年程度
• ストラクチャードファイナンス、トレードファイナンス、M&A、DCM のオリジネーション、エクセキューションスキル
• 大企業のクライアントマネジメント経験（特に重工業、運輸、エネルギー、石油・ガス、戦略セクター）
• 優れた交渉力、プレゼンテーション能力、リーダーシップ
• 法人銀行業務におけるリスク、クレジット、コンプライアンスの専門知識

語学力：

• 日本語（ネイティブレベル）
• 英語（ビジネスレベル）必須

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10-15 years' experience in corporate banking at a global bank or major Japanese financial institution.
• Proven track record in relationship management, origination, and execution across finance sectors.
• Expertise in structured finance, trade finance, corporate finance, M&A, and DCM.
• Experience managing large corporate clients, especially in heavy industries, transportation, oil & gas, and strategic sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Deep understanding of risk, credit, and compliance in corporate banking.
• Fluency in Japanese (Native) and Business-level English.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant certifications preferred.
