Description

1. Operation and management of the vehicle inventory management system (AVL)

• Collaborate with the Used Car (APO) team in charge to ensure data accuracy.
• Communicate system requirements for change/amendment to vendors and reflect them on the front end.

1. Operation and management of the cloud-based bank account and payment system

• Facilitate smooth data integration and maintain an overall understanding of the system with Finance team.
• Plan and implement necessary updates/modifications and handle issues when required.

1. Project Management Tasks

• Support Sales team on project management for the vehicle transportation and delivery status confirmation system.

1. Project Management and Coordination for Financial Systems
2. Other Business Support Tasks

• Provide general assistant duties for the IT manager.
• Coordinate among departments to ensure smooth system operations.
