• Oversee product lifecycle management, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to develop logistics solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and create detailed system definitions and design documentation.
• Optimize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvements for logistics services.

必須条件

経験・資格：

• プロダクトマネジメント経験、または同等の実務経験3年以上
• エンジニア、デザイナー、ビジネスチームと協働できること
• システム要件分析、仕様書作成、システム設計の実務経験
• 倉庫管理システム（WMS）や物流ワークフローに関する知識

• 日本の就労許可（必須）

語学力

• 日本語または英語：ビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション能力

• eコマースまたは物流関連プロダクトのマネジメント経験
• Agile開発手法やプロジェクト管理ツールの使用経験
• 優れたデータ分析・問題解決能力
• API連携やクラウドベースシステム（AWS, GCP）に関する知識

Experience:

• 3+ years in product management or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to collaborate with engineers, designers, and business teams.
• Experience in system requirement analysis, documentation, and system design.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and logistics workflows.

Other Requirements:

• Must be residing in Japan with valid work authorization.

Language Requirements

• English and/or Japanese: Proficiency required for effective communication.

• Experience in eCommerce or logistics-related product management.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management tools.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of API integration and cloud-based systems.
