Join a leading eCommerce platform as a Backend Engineer, developing and optimizing logistics systems using Java, Spring Boot, Linux, and Oracle. • Develop and maintain backend services using Java 11 and Spring Boot.
• Manage system operations and maintenance with Linux and Oracle databases.
• Optimize logistics-related backend processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in high-traffic environments.

必須条件

経験・資格：

• Java 11 を使用したバックエンド開発経験5年以上
• Spring Boot を使用した開発経験2年以上
• LinuxおよびOracle を使用したシステム運用・保守の実務経験
• 物流業界のシステムやワークフローに詳しいこと
• 日本の就労許可（必須）

• 日本語または英語：ビジネスレベル以上のコミュニケーション能力

• クラウド環境（AWS、GCP） や DevOpsの実務経験
• マイクロサービスアーキテクチャ、コンテナ化（Docker、Kubernetes）に関する知識
• バックエンド開発におけるセキュリティ・ベストプラクティスの知識
• パフォーマンスチューニングや高可用性システムの開発経験

Experience:

• 5+ years of backend development experience with Java 11.
• 2+ years of experience with Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience in system operation and maintenance using Linux and Oracle.
• Strong understanding of logistics industry systems and workflows.

Other Requirements:

• Must be residing in Japan with valid work authorization.

Language Requirements

• English and/or Japanese: Strong communication skills required.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of security best practices in backend development.
• Experience in performance tuning and high-availability systems.
