職務内容

• Respond to internal user inquiries and coordinate with product/engineering teams
• Deliver product demonstrations to internal users
• Create and maintain manuals, FAQs, and knowledge base articles
• Ensure product performance aligns with user needs
• Deepen expertise in the product and related internal processes

• Experience creating user manuals or training materials
• Background in IT product support (Tier 1) or training
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
• Business-level English (TOEIC 800+) and ability to read/write Japanese
