職務内容

➢ Lead end-to-end projects, ensuring that requirements are captured from necessary stakeholders and managing large-scale project team members with a strategic focus on increasing profitability and mitigating risks.

➢ Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource requirements.

➢ Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with organizational goals and contribute to profitability growth.

➢ Identify and analyze potential project risks, developing and executing mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

➢ Effectively communicate status and escalate issues as necessary to stakeholders and executive leadership.

➢ Coordinate creation and execution of business cases, return of investment and other financial assessments

➢ Drive continuous improvement with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

➢ A minimum of 5-year experience as a Project Manager with proven successful record executing large-scale projects with focus on strategic planning, profitability increases and risk mitigation.

➢ Strong understanding or experience working for a Casualty Insurance and/or Travel industries.

➢ Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, assess and mitigate risk effectively, as well as resource allocation.

➢ Excellent communication skills with a minimum of 5 years' experience working with external clients.

➢ Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.

➢ Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

➢ Language Skills: Japanese (High Business), English (Business Level)
