• Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
• Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
• Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Ensuring legal compliance throughout the human resource management process

5+ years of HR experience, including business partnering or HR generalist roles

Stakeholder management and communication skills

Comfortable in a matrixed, multicultural environment

Fluent in both English and Japanese

Experience in a manufacturing or international company is preferred
