Now, the team is looking for new Field Sales Crew members to help introduce this service to more local restaurants and expand the platform across Japan.

Role Overview

As a Field Sales Crew, you’ll be out visiting local restaurants and introducing them to a service that helps them reach more customers in an easy, cost-free way.

You’ll play an important role in supporting small businesses and making food more accessible to people who need it. By connecting restaurants to the platform, you're helping both the local food scene and the community.

This role is a great fit for who enjoys talking to people, learning by doing, and taking on new challenges.

you don’t have to worry if you don’t have any experience. Many current members started with no sales background and are now thriving.

There’s also no cap on incentives — the more you do, the more you earn.

What You’ll Do

• Visit local restaurants and introduce the platform
• Sign up new partners and support them during onboarding
• Learn food trends in each area and shape your own sales style
• Share ideas and advice to help restaurant partners succeed and get more customers
• Grow your skills with beginner-friendly training and 1-on-1 mentoring

Who We’re Looking For

• Based in or able to work in Tokyo
• Motivated to learn, grow, and reach goals
• Enjoys talking to people and building relationships
• Fluent Japanese

Nice to Have (but not required)

• Experience in a fast-moving or startup environment
• Interest in the food delivery or restaurant space
• Business-level English
