Product Manager - Cardio/Metabolic

Description

• Lead marketing programs and tools for brand growth

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen brand equity

• Contribute to the Japanese Brand Plan alongside global and cross-functional teams

• Engage sales leaders in planning and execution of key initiatives

• Support sales force effectiveness through targeted programs

• Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders

Required:

• Background in pharmaceutical marketing, commercial excellence, or product management

• Experience in pharmaceutical consulting also welcome

• Strong coordination and negotiation skills across teams and functions

• Well-developed planning and organizational abilities

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or a related field

• Native-level Japanese and business-level English

Preferred:

• Familiarity with the cardiovascular therapeutic area

• Leadership experience or team management exposure

• Involvement in global projects or international collaboration

• Interest in helping build or grow a team or function

• Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Medical, Pharmaceutical, or MBA)
