役職: プロジェクトマネージャー

グローバルパッケージ（SiteCore、ServiceNow など）を使用してプロジェクトを管理していただきます。開発メンバーは主にインドのオフショアチームですので、オフショアメンバーの管理も行っていただきます。私たちは、部門の中心的な役割を担い、マネジメントを任せられるリーダーを求めています。

*オンラインミーティングは週に2回程度、英語で行われますが、日本語と英語に堪能な社員が多数いますので、言語面でのサポートはいたします。

[業務内容]
インド側の開発チームと協力し、以下の業務を行っていただきます：
・プロジェクトSQCD（スコープ、品質、コスト、納期）管理
・アカウントチームと連携してクライアントやステークホルダーとの交渉
・システム開発部門のプロジェクトマネジメントチームの一員として、各部門のプロジェクトオーナーから提案されたプロジェクトの計画および実行をリードし、海外拠点を含む全ての部門を巻き込んでプロジェクトを成功に導きます。
・実施計画、設計、実装、テストフェーズにおけるプロジェクト管理
・ビジネスサイドとエンジニアリングサイドの両方の状況を把握し、開発プロジェクトを推進します。

You will be managing projects using global packages (SiteCore, ServiceNow, etc.).
The development members include offshore (mainly India). Therefore, you will be managing offshore members as well. We are looking for
a leader who can play a central role in the department and someone who can be entrusted with management.

*There are online meetings in English about twice a week, but we have several employees who are fluent in Japanese and English, so we will support you with the language.

[Job Details]
In cooperation with the Indian side, who will be the main development team, you will carry out the following:
・Project SQCD (Scope, Quality, Cost, Delivery) management
・Negotiations with clients and stakeholders in cooperation with accounts ・
As a member of the project management team belonging to the system development department, you will lead the planning and execution of projects proposed by project owners from each department, including overseas bases, and involve all departments to lead the project to success.
・Project management for implementation planning, design, implementation, and testing phases
・Understand the situation of both the business side and the engineering side to drive development projects

[必要な資格]

• IT業界での開発経験が4年以上（パッケージやJavaを使用したシステム構築など）、プロジェクトリーダーまたはプロジェクトマネージャーとしての経験

• 約3年の上流工程経験（顧客との交渉、要件定義）

• 提案書やプロジェクト資料の作成経験

• 英語能力は必須ではありません
  *入社時に英語能力は必要ありませんが、社内ミーティングや担当者とのコミュニケーションを通じて中長期的に言語スキルを習得できる方を求めます。

[歓迎される資格]

• グローバルプロジェクトやオフショア開発の経験

• IT技術に関する幅広い知識

• PM資格（PMP、IPA PM試験など）

• 英語能力（推奨: TOEIC 650点以上）

• 英語でのコミュニケーションやオフショア開発に興味がある方

• CMS/ワークフロー関連システム（Sitecore、ServiceNow、Drupalなど）のプロジェクト管理および要件定義の経験

• オフショア利用経験（インドオフショア経験が望ましい）

• コンサルティングファームでの経験

[Required qualifications]
-Over 4 years of development experience in the IT industry (SI, package vendor) such as building systems using packages or Java, and experience as a project leader or project manager-
About 3 years of upstream process experience (customer negotiations, requirements definition)
-Experience creating proposals and project materials
-English ability is not required
*English ability at the time of joining the company is not required if you can acquire language skills in the mid-to-long term through internal meetings and communication with staff in charge.

[Preferred qualifications]
-Experience in global projects and offshore development
-Wide knowledge of IT technology
-PM qualifications (PMP, IPA PM exam, etc.)
-English ability (Recommended: TOEIC 650 or above)
-Interested in communicating in English and offshore development
-Project management and requirements definition experience for CMS/workflow-related systems (Sitecore, ServiceNow, Drupal, etc.)
-Experience using offshore (Indian offshore experience is preferred)
-Experience at a consulting firm
