We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager for our Smart Solar department to manage client accounts, build strong client relationships, and contribute to sales targets. The ideal candidate should be technologically savvy with a keen interest in the renewable energy sector.

Description

• Managing and nurturing client relationships for the Smart Solar department
• Developing strategies to meet sales targets
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest Smart Solar technology trends
• Coordinating with the technical team to provide tailored solutions for clients
• Promoting Smart Solar products and solutions to potential clients
• Preparing detailed reports on account activity, sales, and forecast
• Resolving client concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Participating in industry-related events in Japan

• A degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in account management, ideally in the technology or energy industry
• Knowledge of Smart Solar technology (power conditioner, battery and storage)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• An ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High-level proficiency in English and Japanese
