役職概要：

日本語バイリンガル技術リーダーは、自動車管理システムのモダナイゼーションをリードします。

主な責任には、要件収集、開発のリード、およびプロジェクトの円滑な実行を確保することが含まれ、日本語で顧客と連携し、オフショアチームをリードしてEnd 2 Endプロジェクトの納品を行います。

主な責任：

• 顧客の要件を収集、分析、文書化する。

• 要件評価報告書およびソフトウェア要件仕様書（SRS）を作成する。

• 開発チームをリードし、設計、コーディング、単体テスト（UT）を進行する。

• 作業分解構造（WBS）を管理および実行する。

• メール、会議、MS Teamsを通じて顧客と定期的にコミュニケーションを取る。

• 必要に応じて新しい技術スタックを学び、採用する。

• 技術的な指導を行い、ベストプラクティスを確保する。

Role Overview:

The Japanese Bilingual Technical Leader will lead the modernization of the Automobile Management System.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, leading development, and ensuring smooth project execution while interacting with customers in Japanese and lead the offshore team for End 2 End Project delivery

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document customer requirements.
• Create Requirement Assessment Reports and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS).
• Lead the development team through design, coding, and unit testing (UT).
• Manage and execute the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Communicate regularly with customers via email, meetings, and MS Teams.
• Learn and adopt new technology stacks as required.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure best practices.
