【JOB DESCRIPTION 】

The company is building an ecosystem for used smart devices based on its mission: “Delivering the next value we can be proud of to those we care about.”
It provides services to a diverse range of stakeholders—including individual customers, corporate clients, and internal users—each with unique challenges and characteristics. By leveraging in-house development, the company is able to offer flexible and tailored solutions.
To support this, it is broadly recruiting engineers who can design and build scalable web services, APIs, and data analytics platforms with high availability and robustness.

【Overview】
・Development of internal and external APIs (Go/Python)
・Web frontend development (Next.js & TypeScript)
・Construction of a unified data analytics platform (BigQuery)
・Integration with internal/external services and APIs using HTTP or gRPC
・Database schema design and operations using CloudSQL
・Release management, operations and maintenance, incident response, and participation in on-call rotation
・Team building and sharing development practices within the team
・Collaborate with executives and product owners to gather necessary information, document it, and translate it into implementation

【Specifically】
・Development and maintenance of NicoSuma and NicoSuma Purchase platforms
・Development and maintenance of inventory and sales management systems as part of operational engineering
・Launch of B2B SaaS systems
・Construction of data warehouse (DWH)
・Development of master data

■Required
・Degree in Computer Science, Information Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
・2+ years of experience in web application development and operations
・Experience in selecting technologies and designing/building system architecture for entire services
・Experience in designing and operating RDB tables
・Experience operating serverless products on public cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS
・Knowledge of container technologies, databases, and information security
・Business-level proficiency in Japanese (spoken)

■Preferred
・Experience in frontend development using React and TypeScript
・Experience integrating application data with a data warehouse (DWH)
・Proven track record of leading service-wide design and operations, including managing teams and driving projects
・Experience developing applications using no-code tools such as Bubble
・Experience developing multi-tenant SaaS and authentication/authorization services
・Experience building API integration systems using gRPC with Protocol Buffers
・Ability to identify and structure issues from complex or ambiguous information and take appropriate action
・Experience as a tech lead or in launching a new development team
・Proactive in proposing and developing with consideration for user experience
・Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders and clearly communicate technical concepts to non-engineers
・Business-level English proficiency, including effective participation in remote meetings
