Description

• Take charge of the procurement process for new hardware and coordinate the installation efforts in collaboration with the IT department, vendors, and store teams.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for technical problems occurring at the store level, which may include POS and other store system issues like hardware and software malfunctions.
• Provide education and training to store teams regarding operational procedures, proper usage of POS systems, and other technology used in the store, with the aim of improving their understanding and efficiency.
