■Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
・ Administers the efficient and economical movement of goods in accordance with organizational policies.
・ Prepares reviews approves and maintains files for import/export documents required for the lawful completion of import/export activities.
・ Serves as an import/export liaison for international customers/subsidiaries distribution procurement planning manufacturing intercompany finance regulatory and import/export compliance functions.
・ Plans schedules and routes imports and exports including monitoring the flow of traffic to/from foreign destinations ensuring related customer service brokerage and customs transaction compliance.
・ Creates integrated processes among internal functions （e.g. operations purchasing and logistics） and outside suppliers.
・ Plans and analyzes activities related to the timely cost effective procurement inventory control planning and quality control of production materials.

【Must Have】
・ Import/Export relevant activities experience for 3 5 years
・ Medical Device / Life Science industry experience （including pharmaceutical）
・ Business level English / Fluent level Japanese proficiency
・ Bachelor’s degree or more
・ Strong Analytical skills
・ Must be Tokyo area based who would be able to commute to Tokyo Office
・ Must be able to visit Our warehouse in Sagamihara often and customs
（Haneda/Narita/Tokyo ports） and sometimes Our Plant in Shizuoka prefecture
・ Good Communication skill / can demonstrate flexibility in various instances/ good teamwork
