【Responsibilities仕事内容】
1. 半導体装置開発のPLC（製品ライフサイクル）プロセスに従い、シングルウェハ式洗浄装置の製品開発プロジェクトの全体計画を主導し、前期調査、実現可能性検証、研究開発の実施、製品リリースなどの重要なマイルストーンを具体的に計画する。

2. 装置開発エンジニアチームを率い、会社から与えられた装置製品開発プロジェクトを担当する。複雑な装置システムの全体設計とコスト計算を主導し、各機能モジュールの仕様を定義する。プロセス技術要件を具体的な機械設計指標に分解し、詳細なタスク目標を設定、リソースを合理的に配分し、スケジュールと予算内で研究開発プロジェクトを完了させる。

3. 装置の技術要件の策定を主導し、各モジュールや部品設計を指導する。また、検証プロセスにおける各種指標のデータ収集、問題点の分析・改善を担当する。

4. 製品の標準化作業を推進し、BOM（部品表）の作成・管理、設計ドキュメントの作成・保管、継続的改善プロジェクトにおけるエンジニアリング変更の管理を行う。

5. 協力チームの革新能力を向上させ、装置に関連する知的財産の保護戦略を策定し、その実施を担当する。


1.In charge of overall planning and execution of R D program of single wafer wet processing equipment in accordance to PLC （product life cycle） methodology planning milestones and phase exits of product development program from market research concept and feasibility to execution and product release;

2.Lead an engineering team to execute the full range of strategic product development in charge of setting clear goals of complex single wet system and the critical subsystems therein based on process technology specifications. Effectively coordinate company resources deliver the end results on time and on budget;

3.Define technical specifications of the product supervise the design and verification processes of critical modules and parts ensure comprehensive data collection problem analysis and solution during product verification phase;

4.In charge of product standardization including but not limited to maintaining product engineering BOM and documentation establishing product SOPs and effectively managing product CIP;

5.Promote innovation and creativity within the team and build effective IP portfolio around the product.

【応募要件】
1. 10年以上のシングルウェハ式洗浄装置の研究開発・設計経験を持ち、シングルウェハ式洗浄装置の動作原理や技術発展のトレンドを深く理解していること。

2. 長年にわたり半導体装置の研究開発におけるPLCプロセスを実践し、高い機械設計能力および装置全体のシステム統合能力を有していること。

3. 専門的な分析と判断を通じて技術的な問題を解決する能力、および技術成果を文書や口頭でまとめ、抽出し、発表する能力。

4. 誠実で協調性があり、革新を恐れず、高い責任感と仕事への熱意を持っていること。

1.Over 10 years of working experience in single wafer wet processing equipment and/or process research and development insights of the fundamentals of single wet equipment and the latest technology trends therein. Experience in advanced packaging field is highly preferred;

2.Experience of PLC driven semiconductor equipment product development with focus in mechanical design and system integration;

3.Strong problem solving skill set of applying advanced analytical thought and judgment; Fluency in summarizing and presenting technological achievements in written and oral formats;

4.Cooperative innovative with a high sense of responsibility and dedication.
