主な業務内容

• 収益拡大、顧客エンゲージメント強化、マルチアセット・プロダクト導入など、各種新規イニシアチブの推進。
• 主要業績指標（KPI）のモニタリングと、シニアマネジメントへの報告。
• トレーディングプラットフォームの機能改善やUX最適化など、国内＆グローバル・プロジェクトのリード。
• コンテンツ制作、プラットフォームのローカライゼーション、市場ニーズに沿った機能開発の推進（関連部署と協働）。
• オペレーション・レポーティングのためのコンプライアンス対応、リスク評価、業務効率化など。
• APACとのコミュニケーション。

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new initiatives to improve revenue, client engagement, and product adoption.
• Monitor and report key performance metrics to senior management.

必須条件
