• Advise financial institutions on management, marketing, and growth strategies to enhance competitiveness.

• Lead operations reform and IT strategy to optimize banking and securities processes.

• Ensure regulatory compliance, providing governance and risk management guidance.

• Support corporate planning, business development, and sales strategy execution.

• Oversee consulting projects from strategy formulation to successful execution.

必須条件
経験:

• 銀行、証券、ペイメント（クレジットカード、モバイル決済、フィンテック）業界の専門知識。
• 金融業界の戦略コンサルティング、経営企画・事業計画、オペレーション変革の実務経験。

ソフトスキル：

Industry Expertise:

• Deep knowledge of banking, securities, and payment industries (credit cards, mobile payments, fintech).

• Proven experience in strategy consulting, business planning, or operational transformation within financial services.

Language Proficiency:

• Japanese: Native-level proficiency.

• English: Business-level (TOEIC 800-850+), with the ability to conduct global discussions and conference calls.

Technical & Business Acumen:
