主な業務内容

• サプライチェーンマネジメント（SCM）変革プロジェクトを主導し、営業・需給計画、生産、在庫、物流の最適化を支援。
• 業務プロセスの分析、要件定義、グローバルなSCM改善戦略を策定。
• PoC（概念実証）、ソリューション選定、RFP作成を推進し、SCMシステムの導入を成功へ導く。
• ビジネス・IT部門と連携し、SCM戦略とデジタル変革（DX）との一貫性を確保。
• データに基づいた洞察を提供し、サプライチェーンの効率性と強靭性を向上。
• 経営層向けのプレゼンテーションやワークショップを実施し、経営判断や意思決定者の合意形成をサポート。
• 提案書作成やクライアントとの関係構築など、ビジネス開発活動を支援。

Join a global leader in business and technology transformation as an SCM Transformation Consultant, where you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing supply chain operations for top-tier clients. In this role, you will lead end-to-end SCM transformation projects, implement cutting-edge solutions, and drive business process reform to enhance supply chain resilience and efficiency. • Lead and support SCM transformation projects, including sales, supply/demand planning, production, inventory, and logistics optimization.
• Conduct business process analysis, define requirements, and develop strategies for global supply chain improvement.
• Drive PoC (proof of concept), solution selection, and RFP preparation to ensure the successful implementation of SCM systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT teams to align SCM strategies with digital transformation initiatives.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance supply chain efficiency and resilience.
• Facilitate executive-level discussions, presentations, and workshops to drive decision-making and stakeholder alignment.
• Support business development activities, including proposal creation and client engagement.

必須条件

経験・資格：

• サプライチェーン、SCM変革プロジェクト（販売、需給計画、生産、在庫、物流）の実務経験。
• PoC、ソリューション選定、RFP作成など、業務プロセス改革の実績。

ソフトスキル：

• ステークホルダーマネジメント・スキル。
• データ分析力、データに基づく課題解決力、提案力。

語学力：

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル（クライアント対応・ドキュメント作成に必須）。
• 英語：中級〜ビジネスレベル。

• Experience:
  • Strong expertise in SCM transformation projects across sales, supply/demand planning, production, inventory, or logistics.
  • Proven experience in business process reform, including PoC, solution selection, and RFP preparation.
• Soft Skills:
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide data-driven recommendations.

• Japanese: Native (required for client interactions and documentation).
• English: Intermediate to Business level (required for multinational collaboration).

• Experience in SCM system implementation or knowledge of leading SCM solutions and emerging technologies.
• Background in supply chain consulting, digital transformation, or global business strategy.
• International project experience or experience working in a multicultural environment.
