• プロダクトオーナー、スクラムマスター、アーキテクト、コンフィギュレーションスペシャリスト、テスターチーム（リード）との密接な連携
• コンフィギュレーション仕様書の作成、インストールドキュメントの作成、検証
• データベースの問題を分析し、バックアップを要求/維持する能力
• ベストプラクティスに従ったシステムのインストール、アップデート、設定
• 構成の問題を分析し、ソリューションを開発する
• 更なる分析のために問題の説明を準備する

• Collaborate closely with Product Owner, Scrum Master, Architects, Configuration Specialists and Tester Team (Leads)
• Prepare configuration specifications and installation documentation / verification
• Ability to analysis database issues and request / maintain backups
• Install, Update and Configure the System following best practice
• Analyze configuration issues and develop solutions
• Prepare description of the issues for further analysis
• Contribute to knowledge management and ensure quality of knowledge, including solution documentation and knowledge base.
• Contribute to continual improvement initiatives

• 流暢な英語と日本語
• Deツール（Postman、SOAPなど）
• JSON構造に関する知識
• ALMを使用したテストやバグの実務経験 スキル（ログ分析）
• Windowsスタック（MS SQL、IIS、EventViewer、スケジューラ）
• 2年以上のアジャイルプロジェクトの実務経験
• CSV/GMP環境での実務経験
• 類似APIツールの実務経験
• RetinaまたはJIRAの実務経験（バックログとタスク管理）
• ServiceNow（インシデント、変更、ナレッジ管理）の実務経験
• スクリプト自動化の経験→Powershell/Pythonの基礎知識（望ましい）
• JavaScriptの基礎知識（望ましい）
• SAFeの認定があれば尚可（入社後必須となります）
• ITIL経験

日本語 流暢な日本語レベル（日本語能力試験N1）、ビジネスレベルの英語力必須

• Fluent in English & Japanese
• De tools (e.g. Postman, SOAP)
• JSON structure knowledge
• Hands-on experience with ALM for testing or any bugging Skills (log analysis)
• Windows Stack (MS SQL, IIS, EventViewer, Schedulers)
• 2+ years of working experience on Agile projects
• Experience working in CSV / GMP Environment
• Hands-on experience with similar API tools.
• Hands-on experience with Retina or JIRA (Backlog and Task Management)
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (Incident, Change, Knowledge Management)
• Script automation experience -> Powershell/Python basic knowledge (desirable)
• JavaScript basic knowledge (desirable)
• SAFe Certification is an advantage (will be mandatory after joining)
• ITIL Experience

Japanese Languages: Fluent level Japanese (JLPT N1) and business level English required
