• プロダクトオーナー、スクラムマスター、アーキテクト、コンフィギュレーションスペシャリスト、プラクティスリードとの密接なコラボレーション
• テストパスの作成、手動テスト（テストケースとシナリオ）の構築と実行（必要なテストデータの準備を含む）の経験
• 中央ラベル管理プラットフォームのラベルデザインを引き継ぐ能力
• 必要に応じて技術文書の作成、検証、更新
• 顧客の非公式および正式なテスト（SAT、UATなど）のサポート
• 時間帯を超えた他のチームメンバーとの協力

• Collaborate closely with Product Owner, Scrum Master, Architects, Configuration Specialists and Practice Leads
• Experience in creation of testing paths, building and executing manual tests (test cases and scenarios) incl. preparation of necessary test data
• Ability to take over design of labels on Central Label Management platform
• Create, verify and update technical documentation if needed
• Support customers with their informal and formal testing (e.g. SAT, UAT)
• Cooperate with other team members across time zones
• Analytical thinking and capability to diagnose issues
• Contribute to continual improvement initiatives

資格

• 英語と日本語が堪能であること
• マニュアルテスト、テストケースの作成と実行の経験
• 正確さと細部へのこだわり
• 2年以上のアジャイルプロジェクトでの実務経験（SAFe認定があれば尚可/入社後必須となります）
• CSV/GMP環境での業務経験

日本語： 流暢な日本語レベル（日本語能力試験N1）、ビジネスレベルの英語力必須

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English & Japanese
• experience with Manual Testing and Test Case Creation and Execution
• accuracy and attention to detail
• 2+ years of working experience on Agile projects (SAFe Certification is an advantage / will be mandatory after joining)
• Experience working in CSV / GMP Environment

Japanese Languages: Fluent level Japanese (JLPT N1) and business level English required
