Description

• Lead the development of onshore wind energy projects from inception to operation.
• Develop and implement project plans, manage risks and oversee budgets.
• Build and maintain relationships with project stakeholders, including local communities, governmental bodies and suppliers.
• Work in cooperation with the Sales department to secure necessary agreements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project progress according to the plan.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new project opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Report project status and developments to senior management.

• A degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading and managing wind energy projects (onshore or offshore).
• Strong knowledge of renewable energy market and regulations.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English.
