Senior Design Engineer (System & Application)
Leading MNC in Semiconductor located in Kulim is hiring experienced design engineer to be part of the design engineering team that designs, research and development on both hardware and software, including programming writing involvement in house software and R&D projects. As a senior engineer, you will be a leader to help manager to lead the small team and able to work independently in the automation machinery design and driving projects.
Job Descriptions:
- To design, research, develop and support applications for automation projects.
- Experienced in machine vision programming. Experience in Halcon will be added advantage.
- Writing and debug software programming, design Human Machine Interface (HMI) or Guided User Interface (GUI) in C# language
- To be able to develop on the software architecture and platform and perform optimization.
- Handle complex machinery programming with multiple software platforms and systems and integrate hardware such as screw guns, dispense systems, pick-and-place robot applications, vision inspection system, Artificial Intelligence (AI) etc.
- To provide technical information for engineering test and validation plan, operation manuals, Site Acceptance Test (SAT), Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)
- Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and or travel as required in varying timelines
Job Requirements:
- University Degree or College Diploma in Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics & Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering / Information Technology (IT)
- More than 8 years working experience in Automation Line or Engineering Language
- Proficiency in C# programming and able to setup hard and software in PC based or PLC system.
- Willing to work /relocate to Kulim Hi Tech
