• AWSクラウドプロジェクトのガバナンス管理を担当し、プロジェクトの目標達成と納期の遵守を確保する。
• プロジェクト文書、レポート、ダッシュボードを作成・管理し、進捗、リスク、課題をトラッキングする。
• アーキテクト、エンジニア、ビジネスステークホルダーと緊密に連携し、プロジェクトの成功を促進する。
• 公共領域のプロジェクトに関連するセキュリティおよびガバナンスポリシーの遵守を確保する。
• アジャイル、スクラム、ウォーターフォールのプロジェクト管理手法を活用し、効率的な進行を支援する。

Start immediately as a Bilingual Agile PMO supporting AWS cloud projects for a major Japanese system integrator. This role involves governance, project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with security policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage large-scale enterprise or government-level AWS projects.

• Oversee and manage the governance of AWS cloud projects, ensuring project objectives and deadlines are met.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards to track progress, risks, and issues.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to drive project success.
• Ensure compliance with security and governance policies related to public domain projects.
• Facilitate Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project management processes and methodologies.

必須スキル・経験

経験:

• クラウドベースのプロジェクトにおける3〜5年のプロジェクト管理 / PMO経験。
• アジャイル、スクラム、ウォーターフォールのいずれかの手法に関する深い理解。

技術スキル:

• JIRA、Confluence、Microsoft Projectなどのプロジェクト管理ツールの使用経験。

ソフトスキル:

• 分析力、問題解決能力、意思決定能力に優れていること。
• クロスファンクショナルチームの管理およびステークホルダーとの円滑なコミュニケーション能力。

• 日本語: 流暢レベル
• 英語: 流暢レベル

• AWS認定資格（AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner、AWS Solutions Architect Associate など）をお持ちの方は歓迎。
• PMPまたはPMI-ACP認定があると尚良し。
• 日本政府またはエンタープライズレベルのAWSクラウドプロジェクトでの経験。

• 3-5 years of Project Management / PMO experience with cloud-based projects.
• Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.

• Proficiency in Project Management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

• Japanese: Fluent

• AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solutions Architect Associate) are a plus.
• PMP or PMI-ACP certification is an advantage.
• Experience working on Japanese government or enterprise-level AWS cloud projects.
