A leading corporate and investment bank is seeking an experienced banker to lead venture capital coverage and drive business expansion in Japan. This is a unique opportunity to build and grow a new business segment within a top-tier global financial institution.

• Develop and manage relationships with corporate banking clients in venture capital and emerging economy sectors, including Internet, Digital Media, Software, Start-ups, E-Commerce, and FinTech.
• Identify growth opportunities, onboard new clients, and drive business expansion.
• Promote corporate finance, investment banking, transaction banking, and payment solutions.
• Conduct client assessments to tailor financial strategies aligned with their business objectives.
• Build and lead a specialized team to enhance client engagement and financial solutions.
• Collaborate with Investment Banking's Technology sector teams and Client Executives to optimize client service and business development.
• Work cross-functionally across business divisions to ensure a seamless client coverage strategy.

必須条件
経験:

• IT/テクノロジー・セクターの経験（特にイノベーション・エコノミー）

• フィンテックの国内法規制の枠組みに関する包括的な知識

• 優れたリーダーシップ
• ビジネスの成果を追求する姿勢
• 起業家精神

語学力：

• 日本語: ネイティブレベル（クライアント対応および規制関連の業務のため）。
• 英語: 流暢（社内連携およびグローバルビジネス開発のため）。

歓迎スキル・資格

• VC（ベンチャーキャピタル）やPE（プライベートエクイティ）関連の経験歓迎
• コーポレートバンクまたはIBDのTMTバンカー歓迎
• コーポレートファイナンス（DCM、IB）とトランザクションバンキングの両方がわかれば尚可
• リーダーシップ経験、優れたパフォーマンスを出せるチームの立ち上げやマネジメント経験

• Extensive expertise in the Technology sector, with a strong focus on Innovation Economy industries.
