Responsibilities:

• Create purchasing plans based on sales forecasts and actual demand
• Place purchase orders and manage delivery schedules from pickup to completion
• Coordinate with forwarders and oversee inbound logistics processes
• Manage 3PL warehouses, deliveries, and packaging materials
• Participate in customer meetings and support procurement scheduling
• Handle SAP operations, including order entry, inventory management, and invoicing

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in international trading and logistics, primarily importation
• Experience in customer service and 3PL warehouse management
• Proficient in SAP for logistics operations and MS Excel (Pivot tables, calculations)
• Native level Japanese; business level English
