業務内容

• Oracle ERP（オラクル）コンサルティング・プラクティスの戦略の立案実行
• 各業界の主要顧客（CxO、部門長等）との強固な関係の維持
• Oracle アライアンスとのリレーションシップマネジメント
• プラクティス全般のマネジメント（営業、デリバリー、オペレーションなど）
• 必要に応じて他部門と連携し、顧客と協力してOracle ERPの導入を成功に導くこと
• Oracleコンサルティング・プラクティスの優秀なコンサルタントの採用育成

Opportunity to Head Oracle Consulting Division in a Major Consulting Firm

Roles/Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall strategy for the Oracle ERP consulting practice
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients (CxO, Department Heads) across industries as well as the Oracle alliance
• Responsible for managing the end-to-end practice, including sales, delivery, and operations, of Oracle ERP consulting, while working closely with other departments, and collaborate with clients to ensure the successful implementation of Oracle ERP
• Recruit mentor and develop strong consultants for the Oracle consulting practice

必須条件

• Oracle ERP（オラクル）のコンサルティング、アドバイザリー、アーキテクチャー、プリセールス、エンジニアの経験2年以上
• ITコンサルティング、またはデジタルトランスフォーメーション（DC）など関連領域のコンサルティング経験5年以上
• 顧客のシニア・ステイクホルダーマネジメント能力
• 社内の部門長クラスと連携する能力
• 日本市場における中〜大規模コンサルティング案件の獲得実績、エクセキューション＆デリバリーのマネジメント実績

Required skills

• 2+ years of experience with Oracle ERP from a consulting, advisory, architecture, presales, or engineering standpoint
• General experience in IT Consulting or Digital transformation consulting of 5+ years.
• Ability to manage senior relationships with clients while working with other division heads internally.
• Experience winning medium to large deals and clients in Japan while managing consulting execution/delivery
