General Manager- Casino Operations

Our client in the leisure and hospitality industry is hiring a General Manager. This position will be responsible for the complete setup and management of a casino on a cruise ship

Responsibilities 

• Oversee and manage all aspects of gaming operations.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.

• Lead the recruitment, training, and development of team members.

• Manage relationships with vendors and oversee equipment procurement and maintenance.

• Provide financial oversight, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality or related field

• Proven expertise in gaming operations and strong knowledge of regulatory compliance.

• Gaming license or certification from a recognized authority (e.g., PAGCOR, Macau DICJ, Nevada Gaming Control Board) is an advantage.
