業務内容

• 通信プラクティスの戦略の立案実行
• カバレッジ：通信
• 日本の通信セクターの主要顧客（CxO、部門長等）との強固な関係の構築維持
• 通信業界における成長機会の見極め、事業開発イニシアチブの推進
• 通信の業界動向、規制変更、新技術の動向の把握
• 通信プラクティスのマネジメント、優秀なコンサルタントの採用育成

Partner position in a gaishikei consulting firm to manage the Telecommunication Sector

Roles/Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall strategy for the Telecom consulting practice
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients (CxO, Department Heads) in the Telecom industry in Japan
• Drive business development initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth within the telecom sector.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies within the telecom sector.
• Recruit mentor and develop strong consultants for the telecom practice

必須条件

• 通信業界の経営コンサル、ITコンサル、または営業経験
• または、通信企業におけるリーダーシップ経験
• 日本の主要通信企業の経営幹部との人脈
• 日本の通信企業を顧客とする大型案件の獲得実績、およびコンサルティング／デリバリー実績

優遇条件

• ビジネス英語ができる方歓迎（但し必須

Required skills

• Experience in Management Consulting, IT Consulting, Sales focused on the Telecom Industry, or as a leadership member in a major telecom provider
• Strong relationships with executives in key Telecom client accounts in Japan
• Experience winning large deals with Telecom clients in Japan and managing consulting execution/delivery
• Business level English is nice to have
