主な業務内容

• 担当セクター：自動車・サプライチェーン
• 担当プロジェクト例：競争力強化、業界変革、地域戦略、新規事業拡大など
• 具体的な業務は以下の通り
• 販売、生産、物流、コスト計画の戦略策定と実行支援。
• 業務プロセス改善およびIT変革の推進（CRM、DMS、SCM、BIなどのエンタープライズシステムを活用）。
• 市場調査とデータ分析による業界動向、課題、機会の特定。
• 部署横断的なチームやステークホルダーと協力し、プロジェクトが円滑に進むようにすること。
• 業界の専門知識、革新的な解決策を通じて、ソートリーダーシップを発揮し、戦略的な提言を行うこと。
• ビジネスディベロップメント支援（プロポーザルやクライアントエンゲージメント支援、ナレッジの共有など）。

経験:

• 自動車業界、サプライチェーン、またはコンサルティングの経験
• 事業計画、オペレーション、IT戦略に関する専門知識。
• 分析力・問題解決能力、戦略的なリコメンデーションを行う洞察力。

• MBA、PMP資格

• Experience in automotive, supply chain, or consulting, with expertise in planning, operations, or IT strategy.
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English (bilingual preferred) for global project collaboration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop strategic recommendations.

• Experience in strategy consulting, business planning, or IT transformation within automotive or supply chain sectors.
• Expertise in CRM, DMS, SCM, BI, or other enterprise systems for business process improvement.
• MBA, PMP certification, or international experience in a global business environment.
