As Japan IT Director, you will lead the country's IT strategy with a focus on:
- Retail & Office IT Operations - Oversee helpdesk, infrastructure, network, and cybersecurity for seamless business operations.
- Global IT Initiatives - Implement and support enterprise applications, digital workplace solutions, and security frameworks aligned with global IT strategy.
- Digital & Omnichannel Innovation - Drive CRM, client development, data strategies, and omnichannel experiences, enhancing customer engagement and brand performance.
