Key Responsibilities:

• Store Operations & Leadership

  • Oversee the store’s day-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Recruit, train, and manage store staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Set and achieve sales targets, analyzing KPIs to drive business growth.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards in alignment with brand guidelines.

• Sales & Customer Experience

  • Lead by example in delivering an exceptional luxury shopping experience.
  • Drive upper-selling strategies to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP and loyal customers.

• Business Development & Retail Strategy

  • Develop strategies to grow the store’s presence and brand reputation in the Fukuoka market.
  • Manage relationships with department stores (百貨店) or shopping malls, if applicable.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

• Operational Compliance & Inventory Management

  • Ensure smooth stock management, including inventory control and loss prevention.
  • Comply with company policies, luxury retail standards, and local regulations.

• Luxury retail experience (high-end fashion, jewelry, or accessories preferred).
• fluent Japanese communication skills.
• Strong experience in high-value sales and upper-selling strategies.
• Flexible and open-minded approach to store operations and customer engagement.
• Prior experience working in a department store (百貨店) or shopping mall is a strong advantage.
• Leadership experience in retail, with a proven ability to manage and develop a team.
