Responsibilities:

• Lead the finance department during a transformational period
• Support SAP system deployment and interface implementation
• Manage gross margin, financial planning, and closing procedures
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger operations
• Coordinate tax return preparation and fixed asset accounting using PCA software
• Drive process improvements, ERP integration, and change management

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of financial management experience
• 3-5 years of people management experience leading finance teams
• Knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP is a plus
• Expertise in accounting practices related to retail business
• Native level Japanese (JLPT N1); business level English
