Product Manager

You will be responsible for one of the four categories (skincare, haircare, bodycare, fragrance) and be involved in general marketing activities, mainly focusing on skincare and haircare.

Description

• Development of key visuals and copy for promotions, creation of DM and other promotional materials.
• Planning, execution, and management of sales promotion plans.
• Formulating and executing medium-to-long-term product strategies based on the global headquarters' direction and Japan's marketing intentions.
• Analyzing market and sales trends, reviewing the results of various promotions, and conducting effectiveness evaluations.
• Collaborating with the global headquarters to develop products and formulate sales plans.

• Product marketing experience in skincare and haircare at a brand within a business company in cosmetics or consumer goods.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other PC skills, as well as presentation skills.
• Experience in a foreign cosmetics or consumer company.
• NATIVE level Japanese and business level English.
