Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post journal entries for month-end closing
• Review transactions throughout the month for closing procedures
• Reconcile cash accounts and credit card funding daily
• Manage complex monthly closing entries, including corporate credit card reconciliations
• Oversee Accounts Receivable and provide status reports on open items
• Assist auditors by preparing necessary audit documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in accounting
• More than 2 years of experience with general ledger entries
• Experience in NetSuite is beneficial
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Business level English; professional level Japanese
