JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and partners across Europe through effective communication in English and Japanese.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base across the European market, creating new business ventures.

• Coordinate and manage client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, production, and finance, to ensure smooth sales operations.

• Maintain sales records, prepare reports, and follow up on customer inquiries.

• Prepare quotations and handle order-related tasks.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in German and English.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.

• Ability to adapt to new challenges and work efficiently in an international setting.

• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to completing projects.

• Curiosity and eagerness to learn about new fields and industries.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Valid driver's license.
