An established MNC in wafer packaging industry, seeking talented individuals with an innovative mindset to join their Engineering team. You will be a key part of revolutionary in the advanced packaging equipment for automated and high precision manufacturing industries.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Work within the team to develop and qualify new products for customers as well as control and maintain processes for existing customer products which are qualified for production.
- Involve in new process and equipment parameters optimization, conversion, and buyoff.
- DOE run for process optimization and parameter windows setting.
- Follow up with the preparation of DOE material and machine parts.
- Collect process performance data and compile engineering reports.
- Perform engineering build for customer and qual samples
- To run process for new product at early stage of engineering build, before handing over to production operator.
- To monitor process performance during engineering build thereafter to release to mass production.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Min Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical/ Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical Engineering/ Physics/ Chemistry/ Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in semiconductor wafer handling, plating, wet chemical etching, metal evaporation, or other processes
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to apply safety standards and adhere to industry regulations.
